Get one already! You have been talking about wanting one for a long time now. Just get a moon watch or a co-axil one.
BTW; what you are wearing is still a very nice watch!
You know how guys and maybe gals keep mental list of priorities in our heads? I've got a special one just for the Speedy and it includes a deal with the devil. "If" I complete my goal of selling off or giving away all the bikes and bike stuff I'm not using AND I re-build my shop (Benches, Lighting and a bunch of wallboard work) "Than" I will devote myself to finding a deal on that Speedy.

With Baselworld starting this week, it's a good time to revive some watch threads. We're not off to a great start with Omega negating some of their great work from last year with this "gem."
I must admit I thought it was a joke when I first saw this coming, but I guess it's not. It is growing on me, but that's not saying much given that I started at "don't like." I will say, though, that the Dark side of the moon black ceramic left me cold at first and now I want one! I think it's safe to say that the Dark Side black is just way cooler than this strange creature.
I keep meaning to ask you watch guys about my two Omegas. One says its a Seamaster. The background on these is that my grandfather bought these, along with a third that is in my brother's possession, back in the 50's (probably), one for each of his two sons and one for him.
Since you ordered me over here, all I can say is that those are both pretty classic Omegas. I poked around online and saw a number of variants of that Seamaster. Does it have the sweet seahorse on the caseback? It's such a great detail. The one on the right looks more like the De Ville or Railmaster lines, but Omega seems to change up that part of the line pretty regularly compared with something like the Speedmaster or Seamaster that remain consistent over many years.
