The porsche colors all look really good in real life. Photo doesnt do it justice. I want the Wagon Version of the Taycan in off-road in metallic green. I'd saving up my pennies.

Yeah but wasn't the Fitch conversion making it into the Sprint pretty awesome? I never drove one because I was too young but a guy on the HS track team's older brother had one and it seemed to a young kid that it was pretty remarkable. On a side note, wasn't John Fitch who did the conversions in Connecticut the same guy that invented those yellow highway tubs filled with sand that are still in use near off ramps on highways?

My grandmother, in her mid-70’s, owned the Sport Coupe(!) version of the Corvair. I was able to drive it a few times, just tooling around on local roads. At the time I thought was a blast. My only reference point was the V8 fake woodgrain family station wagon. Compared that that Plymouth the Corvair felt like a go-kart.

Anybody in the ‘Burgh this week as it’s the 42nd Pittsburgh Vintage Gran Prix? I’ll be going to the races next weekend in Schenley Park weather permitting.

Why do cars like this appeal to me? This would look terrible with a ski rack on top.
