Bosch manufactures their dishwashers in the US in North Carolina.

Dishwasher finally showed up yesterday, and the installer says he can come out next week. Fantastic.

As an aside, the crate is stamped "Made in Germany." I have no idea if that's normal, or it's due to Covid.

All appliances suck these days, it's done that way so they can keep taking money out of your pocket and put in theirs.

I say one more thing, if this Speed Queen does not last the average of 25 years they claim, and only makes it 5 or so years I will never pay more than $400 for another washer and dryer ever again; just buy the cheapest piece of crap I can find and replace it instead of replacing with another $900 plus washer.

I use the Sears Kenmore clothes washer and dryer that came with my 1926 house. The receipt in the cabinet said they were purchased in 1983. Still work great. I'm not looking forward to replacing them someday.
