Why not something you can tour real mountain roads on in comfort during the heat of Summer? Most women have a low tolerance point for wind and dust but everyone loves air conditioning and champagne buckets that hold their cool. I have long harbored the idea of having a coachworks construct something like this but for the unnavigable US laws and regulations one would have to overcome.

Congrats on the house. Hopefully it has proper bike storage. I had the same experience with the RE agent. There's basically two that run my neighborhood. It became comical to see the same two guys, Bob and Chip, at every open house or showing we went to. It probably would have been easier to just hire them from the start.
