I saw this while getting gas somewhere near Sebring, Fl. I'm not sure what I would do with it but it would be fun figuring out. The family that owned it built it as a family project.

Congrats on the house. Hopefully it has proper bike storage. I had the same experience with the RE agent. There's basically two that run my neighborhood. It became comical to see the same two guys, Bob and Chip, at every open house or showing we went to. It probably would have been easier to just hire them from the start.

Oh yeah. There will be about 1/4 of the basement dedicated to the bikes (and the Concept 2). This is the sellers' stuff, btw. Yep, a Santana tandem:

Nice. We're going to have an unfinished basement soon too, and I'm hoping I can find the excess cash to pick up a rowing machine before the dead of winter arrives. Will be a lifesaver (fitness wise) with newborn twins in the house.
