I see where you get that, however I am lazy and no longer have a Flickr or other account to dump images so they end up here compressed and blurry when I post from my computer. I should really do something about that. For many of the images (certainly not all) I make, a soft focus could easily be a stylistic choice.

Surprising but not unexpected? Can that be a thing?

The incumbent mishandled an incident in which an officer was nearly killed by fellow officers at a party. Still not clear exactly what happened, and that lack of clarity is a big part of why he lost.
