Played "Grill Master" for a friends party


Did an couple of Oven Boston Butt BBQ's for the family party

Took Friday off from the Car Store to smoke some lunch for the Crew Saturday. Needless to say there were no leftovers :>).
I sent this as a text to my managers to assure them I was hard at it at 2:30 in the afternoon ;>)


It smoked another hour or so after this and then I used a crutch and wrapped it in a double layer of foil til it hit 205* wrapped it a towel for an hour and the shredded it.
