I don't think anyone's mentioned my most coveted Christmas present, the Mattel derringer belt buckle. It shot those hard little bullets you see on the left:

When I was a kid I built my own pulse jet engine from plans I ordered through the mail. If you want fun, loud and dangerous pulse jets are tough to beat.

Everything in this video is not recommended, even if you have a National Health System. This guy is a "right nutter", and highly entertaining.

That is nutty! I saw Evil Knievel ride a jet powered moto In the basement of the Cleveland Convention Center for my 8Th birthday. Then later he jumped a bunch of cars. The crowd was thirty feet from the action. We went home and started jumping or banana seat bikes off everything in February. Safety Schmaftey!!!
