Parked by Saturday's farmer market, anyone know what the 1901 tag is?

Now entirely a company in India, evidently. I've been them regularly in NYC and Paris. Usually the Classic 350cc and Interceptor 650cc. Must be affordably priced. Both have some of that silver-tank Honda retro-appeal.

The Interceptor 650 is pretty much perfectly priced and optioned for the rider who wants that style. Good colors too.

I’m always a fan of the speed block livery but those older XSRs need a little love in the looks department.

It does not seem unreasonable to trailer my heap up north and do some riding with you Pete. It's on my list.

Nope, I put work in my rear view and try not to look back. I do get calls from a really good young superintendent who likes to pick my brain and my old boss
Send me drawings occasionally to review.

Is this one of your jobs? Puzzling over the electrical “stuff” on the scaffolding.

No, not a project of ours, but down the street from our offices. The temporary switchgear is elevated to keep the bad boys in the neighborhood from getting electrocuted if they try to steal the copper and the metal….it’s crazy building in the city.

Sidecar bikes are cool. Wish I'd taken a picture of the modern BMW GS with sidecar that was at my local Greenwood Car Show this summer. It had more of a crowd near it than I wanted to deal with, but I did notice the flat-tread tires and apparently lowered suspension from a distance.
