How do you maintain symmetry with complex bends like that? Truely in awe.

(or is it a case of the craftsman is the only one who knows a flaw being that one bend is only Xmm different than the other)

Lots of patience and sharpie pen marks for points of reference. I know that nothings perfect, but I can't stop trying to make it close to perfect as possible!

Care to share how you are bending the Paragon Low Riders? A thick hunk of nice steel to put in a vice and simply bent by hammer with repeatable non-destructive results.

Trade secret? Just better at hitting things in a vise with a hammer than most?

Here ya go, super high tech! Barely leaves a mark and followed up with a protractor measurement for symmetry.

And the other one again...it was one of my favorites last year.

That white one...well, both, really.....what posts are you using? White one looks a USE clamp? And that light mount....that's clean.

Actually the white is baby blue, always has been a hard color to take a picture off. Correct on the USE Alien post, the pink one has a Ritchey post. Both are cut down to 40mm. I can't stand clamping things like light mounts so I made a bracket that bolts directly to the seat mast.
    Thanks! NATE

Nate, quick question on the Ballers Disc bike. What did you run with the front chain ring? I am about to do some of the same climbs as Ballers in a few weeks time and I think I will take my 44 Disc Bike 1 x 10. I have a 32 on the rear but would be interested in how you found the single ring and what you had as a set up? Thanks.

I ran a 40t sram narrow wide ring up front that needed some "reworking" to fit a campy crank. 11-32 cassette 11 spd out back. Wasn't to bad, actually nice on the George Washington climb. The cub creek was a bit of a push but got through it pretty well. On the flats plenty of gear but ran out pretty quickly on the super step descents. I just tucked to stay with the group!

Nope, SRAM narrow wide that took some maching to fit the Campy crank. Works perfectly!
