No worries. Hope your wireless and Tom both get well soon;-). FWIW I managed to stay on the bike for the entire 2 hours;-)
I deeply hate my Wi-Fi now. My afternoon ride involved 45 miles of high winds and dodging presidential politzia nonsense.

<cry for help>
I have a Kurt Kinetic and a Garmin 520 with Garmin Sensors.
Mac OS and iOS.
Bought the Garmin ANT+ dongle, got nowhere.
Should I buy the Kurt adaptor or or or?
Prefer cheap, good, easy - pick three.
KTHXBYE.

Spent too much time today dealing with network hardware and our ISP. I'm hopeful it is all resolved and that I'll be joining all of you for the ride tomorrow morning.
All - The event on the Zwift rides calendar has the start time stated as 9:10am in the title. However if you open it up to look at the details it has the start time as 10:10am.
If you look at this page you can see that somehow the event is set to "Central time".

Big thank you to Josh and Anne for the company and especially for pacing me up Box Hill the third time today. Overcooked it the first time up and didn't get recovered before the second time up, so by the time we hit it again... Anne did an awesome job of dangling just enough off the front to keep me from caving and I swear I felt Josh's hand on my back at times;-)
Amazing what adding that 5kgs back to my weight did from the last time I rode with you. Went from feeling all-powerful, to a grovelling pile of jelly. If anyone else is riding the London 8 today let me know if you find my lung;-)

It was a great ride today, first time we pretty much stayed together for the whole thing. Second time up was a major sufferfest. Happy to be able to act as the carrot the third time up today. Been off the back so many times up that climb it was great to have company all the way up.
Been amazed at the difference even a kg can make on the weight (as I work my way back up).
Zwift has been a huge asset for me this winter, definitely have bumped up the TH, still a long way to go but it's encouraging.
+1 on the sticking together thing. I certainly dug deeper then I would have on my own. Now just need to work on doing it for all 3 ascents;-)
It's really coming together. Loved it today. My fitness is coming along nicely. This with some outdoor rides when weather cooperates is doing the trick.
Sticking together, agreed that is key to splendid suffering.
HAHA Anne if you pushed me even a little more on the last Box Hill I would have popped.
Who was that lone wolf in Bicycling Mag Kit? I think he text'd NoCO We need more of that.

Non lo so NoCO;-)
Any thoughts on the Zwift training programs? I was thinking something to work on FTP might help me stay focused.
