Woah, just got back from a sweet little friday coffee club get together at M.E.Swings #fridaycoffeeclube (twitter) and guess who was there? GREAT to see you Jim and everyone else. If you saw me there you got a sample of NFS. Pretty sweet no?

All orders from the week of 12/24 have shipped.

I got 240ish miles on my roadie in mixed conditions before I added a few more drops, chain had started making a little noise. Now it's all quiet again and I can hear the derailleur pulleys making noise.

Not a lot of time with it on the MTB yet, but will likely have a good test next weekend at round one of the Snake. Lotsa rain in the forecast right now...

Spot on Dustin. That is the sort of mileage I got in testing in mixed conditions of some rain and about 1/8th of the time on packed dirt trails. If you really want to put me out of business wipe your sideplates aggressively that will keep the garbage from sucking the good lube out of the chain.

Yeah I've been wiping it down every so often, but not every ride. Aint nobody got time for that!

I got mine ordered apparently at the last minute before a bunch went out. The shipping notice came through so fast it was almost like I ordered it from someone with 11,000 posts on the Salon.

Next weekend at Snake will be it's first test, same as Dustin. I will post up a report with pics assuming I don't die from lack of fitness first. Does NFS decrease friction enough to negate 7.5 months of baby-raising lethargy?

This stuff makes my drivetrain so quiet that I'm now tuned into the fact that my right pedal cleat is clicking and needs replacing soon.

Toots, I hope you went long on LOOK stock before you launched this stuff.

HA! that's pretty funny. I am pretty happy with how quiet this stuff is. Now if there was a way to solve world peace at the same time I'd have it all ;)

**Ouch!!! This is a heads up to anyone who ordered a combo of NFS chainlube and a cap this past week 1/1 (three people). I will issue a shipping refund ASAP. Sorry about the double charges for product shipping. TIA, TT.

The silence lets me hear hard I'm breathing so I've degreased my chain and applied some good old WD-40. Honestly it's eerie how well NFS works.

Everything shipped for week of 1/1

Sincerely, I thank everyone for your comments and especially those of you who have sent me pictures and words of NFS use in action. I knew it was going to work well and hearing the results from the VSalonistas makes me real happy.

The numbers!!!! As you are well aware sales of NFS go to support framebuilders who travel to Ballers Ride and are part of the mishegas. Good news, we are more than 1/2 way to our goal.

Anyone who orders hats PLEASE don't forget to add your size in the PP note field.

    Peace, TT

Another satisfied customer here. I didn't think there was any way that 7 drops of anything could lube a chain. After trying it out I think 6 might work in fair weather FL. It's superior stuff, yo.

Me too--another satisfied customer. Two, in fact. Lois and I did several 100-150k rides during December and a 200k brevet on New Years Day. A mix of conditions; some sloppy, some okay. The chain lubrication was fine throughout. Lois asked early in the month, "My bike seems quieter, did you put a new chain on?"
Nope, just new lube. Thanks, Josh, great stuff!

First real test on the mtn bikes today. Already had a few dry rides, today was a real test. 34 mile Snake Creek Gap Time Trials on the singlespeed. Several creek crossings, good deal of muddy double track, and not a peep from the chain. It looks dirty, but didn't make a single squeak. And I don't think I've wiped the chain down but one time, right after putting it on.

52 km of sticky mud, crossed two streams and ponds full of newts on Sunday (12 -30). The chain was silent and dropped to the small ring with no issues. Once at home, I took two pics:

    (Sorry for this crappy pic)

On Monday, I went for a short ride (25 km) after wiping chain side-plates (didn't clean the bike) and it performed really well, only being noisy at the end of the ride

Dgaddis and Turkish, now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Excellent work lads.

I rode 4 hrs. on wet / frozen / mud roads today around Leesburg and Middleburg Virginia and took some pics. Started the ride with a wipedown of the chain and no lube. The lube on this chain has about 200 miles on it. Everything is great, sideplates even look decent. There were 4 guys on the ride using NFS, this is starting to catch on yo.

PS - Huge Love to a certain Dr. in NY state who gifted me some incredible wheels some years ago. Proof here that they are being used and not just hung on a wall.

Thanks for all the feedback, keep it going.

Too Tall, love the bike first off.

When you say you wipe your chain off pre ride, you mean you just grab a cloth and hold it on the sides while you rotate the pedals a few times?
