In Before the Lock
Lots of shop build in- new paint, new heater, more power.
Finished my Sputnik inspired bottle boss jig. He makes some great tools and if I could afford them I would buy the lot.
Then fixed my n00b mistake of putting the chainstay stop on backwards from last weeks FNL
Been a little bit since I posted. Hard to do everything. Here's a recent one though. Columbus Max DT, TT, and CS, Spirit ST and SS. Hand cut dropouts.
Hi I know I'm late but what's new.
A Look that did a head-on with a car (Rider is OK!) This is the frame the provided the fork for my Pavo Puzzle project.
Before and during:
After:
Something I hated - 11 hours to unpaint this frame:
After with custom chain guard
Sneak peak of a current project (yes, it's real)
Busting and excited about a new tubeset/frame showing at NAHBS, I had to share some with you guys. A couple frames tacked, faired and ready to layup and bag the joints.
Subtle shaped tubing. Bi-oval DT and oval/oval TT
Pulling out ll the stops, molded cable stops...
New molded brake bridge
4.5hr in hickory smoke, 1hr in foil, awaiting 30min heat to set the sauce(not on there yet)
Plated with greens and grilled russets
