How toxic is non-safety flux?

Hi! For some odd reason I have a jar of flux that contains potassium fluorosilicate, which works really good but does not feel safe. How do you guys feel about this stuff? Is it safe to use out in the open without a gas mask, provided one does not deal with it using the hands?

Thank you for the link! After reading it I don't feel tempted to use the stuff. Better safe than sorry I guess, even though it is frustrating when the other flux is weeks away. But it is still hard to estimate if one is exposed to said dangers or not when useng it outdoors.
