    hex bit.jpg

Cool thing about these machines is that they make HUGE cuts in a single pass. So the bit that's turned into the hex goes from the 5/8" (~16mm) material to finished size (6 or 8mm depending on which side) in a single pass. That's one man sized cut! Pretty cool to watch them in action.

Still no time to get #3 painted.

    dsc_6444.jpg

Too busy with product testing. Two races down and it's still on one piece. Considering it was never meant to be a race bike, it turned out light(-ish) and strong. The rider, neither of those things.

Between some office catch up I was able to sneak in a few repairs including this front end fix on a Moulton.

Almost finished the first two carbon cross frames. They'll both head off for paint shortly.

Cannot wait to get a nice glossy topcoat on this one and let the pro photog do it justice!
