My daughter discovered real fried chicken at a family reunion in south Georgia last summer. I see that you are up in our neck of the woods now. I will let you take her to Greenwoods on Green Street. You can have the Fried Chicken and she will happily eat all of the fried skin, or chicken bacon as she calls it!! If you want to drive a bit, come down to Wells Cargo in Stone Mountain and ask Hilda for some of her Fried Chicken and Banana pudding. Those are my 2 recipes.
