Dave's Custodian is packed and soon on its way to Melbourne.
The top head lug is built up higher, it was another job for the lathe.

The rock star is dying. And it's a small tragedy. Rock stars have blogs now. I have no use for that kind of rock star.

I made a fillet brazed crankset out of tandem fork blades. It uses a 48 spline 19mm Ti spindle by Profile Racing and an outboard BB which I'm not a fan of but I wanted the larger 37mm bearing. I also made the self-extracting bolts. Total weight of cranks and BB is 639g. Q-factor is 150mm. Much inspiration from Cook Bros., Bullseye, and Rew10works.
