    Default Spray painting setup

I’ve been frame building for 10years now and I need to start learning about spray painting my own frames to reduce my overheads.
Any tips on set up and online resources would be appreciated
    Thanks

Unless you are building a shed load, you won't be reducing your overheads. A good paint setup + spray equipment + paints will costs in the tens of thousands unless you have a space at home you can build a very small spray booth with proper ventilation and a way of disposing of the smells so you aren't pissing off your neighbours. There is a chasm of knowledge to learn with the spray painting trade (like any other) so don't expect it to be a quick teach where you are sending out professional work after a couple of test shots. Having said all that, it is doable but may take you a while to get set up and learn the skills to supply your product with a durable professional finish.

    Thanks Bill
$$ don’t worry me, the frame building is making a tidy profit and I have a dedicated industrial workshop so space and ventilation isn’t an issue
I appreciate it won’t be a quick process to be able to produce a respectable product but that’s the fun of learning
