I found photos on my HD from about ten years ago when I was designing bits and bobs for trials bikes. A little integrated bash/spider for 952 cranks and one of MANY rubber compounds for brake pads I tested in conjunction with 5.10

The rock star is dying. And it's a small tragedy. Rock stars have blogs now. I have no use for that kind of rock star.

These are shots of a 29er I'm building. Thanks to Mike Z. for his photo strip tutorial on cutting internal routing slots on a mill last year.

Time to paint some steel Ristretto's this week. One Ristretto headed to Singapore whilst the other headed to the states. Also working on yet another GT design at the request of a German customer.
Have a great weekend.

Custom rack for a custom Rivendell. Order was for stainless and "ultra minimalist". Fun fabbing it with a hidden light mount and fender strut mounts integrated in the EVT lugs... just need to get longer strut bolts.
Got the front shifting added and plan on putting some miles on this one over the weekend.
Cant wait to get my Anvil Bender so I can finish these:

There's been a lot of stainless going through the signal shop lately.
More work on #4. It's going pretty well and I keep taking notes on how to make the process better next time. Have a good weekend all.

One of Dazza's lugs carved to be a little less voluptuous.
Building jigless. DT/HT joint fixturing set up.
Need to work on the heat control on the lug edges.
Post soak.
Cleaned up.
For our Super Moderator Justinf. Some big shoes to fill after he took receipt of a Joe Bell painted Kirk a few weeks ago and has a Zank Max on order. While this isn't my "signature scheme" it is the 4th Maietta to be painted this way.
Thank you for the order Justin; I do appreciate it greatly.
