Noticed a lot of knife talk recently. Since I will never get to post a picture of my bike to compete with any of yours, I will post some knives:

Front to back is Kikuichi, Moritaka Chinese cleaver, Moritaka left handed gyuto, Wustof pairing knife, Dexter filet knife, the Henckels I let everyone else use.

ah, good: more knife geekery. btw, I think you meant to say that it's a CCK chinese cleaver, not moritaka ;)
