We were talking about my Fiancée lastnight and the fact that as wel as being a full time mum she does illustrations as well. Here's a link to some of her work.

I think it's pretty cool. She's mostly doing things for individuals now to celebrate a child birth or birthday but she also does books and magazines.

So on the commissioned work, how does that work? Any idea of what the charge would be? How big are these? Obvious...ship to the States? Feel free to pm the info if you don't want it public.

I'm sure you didn't start this thread for marketing purposes, but I though of it for my wife regarding our kids.

Lavi, the sizes she does are 8"x6", 10"x8" and 16"x12" although she said she'll do custom sizes if they don't suit.

She told me the prices but I forgot. I'll ask her again later.

The prices were £30, £40 and £65 (this works out to about $48, $64, $103) which is mounted but no framed and does not include shipping. Which she said would be no problem as she's shipped to Canada and it wasn't much more expensive than sending domestic.
