    Default Saddleback Leather Belts Anyone

Looking for a new belt and I want one of the highest quality. My Saddleback wallet is now probably 7 or 8 years old and is just getting broken in properly!

Anyone use one of their belts? This is for my work uniform and so while it doesn't need to be Brooks Brothers dressy, it shouldn't look too rustic either. That's my concern with their rivets and stitching.

Looking for a very high quality, subtly styled belt. Suggestions?

I'll probably just go with the Saddleback. I work for a Texas company that allows its employees to wear boots, so I'm probably good with this.....

I've made the only two leather belts I've worn for the last (20?) years, so no comment on that. But- the first was riveted by hand with no issues, and the second is held together with brass Chicago screws. Between that and the burnished edges shown above, I think you'd be fine with the belt you've shown.

Three great options. I have a saddleback belt. It is made like the wallets, it will last forever. It is on the stiff side so I tend to use it at the range where holding a holster is made better with a heavy belt.

I got in on a deal with Gustin for a Brown Horween Black CXL Roller Belt. The quality is over the top, if you find a deal that is about to close grab it.

Last, Rancourt mades the same quality belt and you don't have to wait. I have a black Chromexcel from them, it's perfect: Chromexcel Belt - Belts - Accessories

Filson makes a very similar belt that will last quite a while.

I wouldn't worry about the rivets, they'll be under the belt when it's buckled.

I've been extremely happy with my Orion Leather belts, they're $50ish (less if on sale). High Quality Leather Belts Made in the USA | Orion Leather Company

I purchased the 1.5 inch Tow Belt - and took delivery a few weeks ago. I posted here: https://www.velocipedesalon.com/foru...16849-223.html, post number 4458. (4458! We buy a lot of stuff!).

It's a great belt. Solid and stiff, as has been mentioned. It's not quite as dressy as other belts I've had in the past, but I think it looks fine with my regular work attire (dress slacks, shirt, and tie). Truth is, I see patients with brain diseases all day long. I think my belt is the last thing they care about. I don't think I'd wear it with a suit, though.

Tanner Goods out of Portland makes very nice leather belts with a classic look... https://www.tannergoods.com/collections/belts. A number of them are marked down to around $60 right now.
