I wear a cap under my helmet most of the time if for no other reason than to keep sweat out of my eyeballs. I have a visor-less "road" helmet for "gravel bike" days and the cap is worn with the peak forward. on mtb days, my other helmet has a visor. I have some caps that fit backwards so I don't have a redundant visor in the front and the rear-facing visor keeps some sun off my neck. (not all caps fit this way.)
what kind of sin would I be committing if I wore a cap forward with a visor-ed helmet? How does one reconcile this?
