Cool thing about these machines is that they make HUGE cuts in a single pass. So the bit that's turned into the hex goes from the 5/8" (~16mm) material to finished size (6 or 8mm depending on which side) in a single pass. That's one man sized cut! Pretty cool to watch them in action.

Too busy with product testing. Two races down and it's still on one piece. Considering it was never meant to be a race bike, it turned out light(-ish) and strong. The rider, neither of those things.

Finally getting settled in the paint shop. Playing catch-up and attempted 4 frames this week. Almost made it. 3 need top coats. Next week will will get back to framebuilding.
