Top secret tool I made for Chris Kvale this week. Sorry, I'm sworn to secrecy.

Earlier this week. Had to go up to Vermont to use my buddies Lathe. That's definitely on the short list of "things to buy". Modified bottom bracket post to accept 100mm bottom brackets:
Putting it to use:
Making some parts for 44mm head tubes:
And putting it to use:
Home for the Holidays doing some rock gardening with my favorite riding buddy on South Mtn - Emmaus PA.
Happy Holidays to all!
@12136 this week.
This is sorta the last week of the year for us, given next weeks (well earned) vacation, so we jammed out a bunch of work. Needless to say my arms can barely lift my delicious beer to my lips... I said barely...
Any way, sorry for the abundance of pics... took a while to narrow it down to just these.
First there was this bike: Ti, Ultegra Mechanical, Firefly seatpost, stem and spacers, 44mm HT w/tapered ENVE fork, tubeless tires on some LUXE hoops (King and Stan's). Zirconium blasted with blue ano pops.
Another Ti road: Dura Ace mecanical with Firefly post. Zirconium blasted with polished blue ano graphics.
Stainless (Ultegra) Di2, Blasted with polished graphics:
Big ti road, Brushed with blasted graphics:
Titanium Disc 29'er, Stripped and painted (matte) Niner fork, Firefly post, stem and bars:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Cheers all! See ya in a couple of weeks!
