We have miles of HardyPlank siding and gutters that need cleaning. There is way too much for hand washing.

Go rent one. Unless your place and sidewalks are a moss farm, there probably is not a need to buy one.

get one at least 3k psi and with a brass pump.

this is a good place to learn a few things and they have good prices too (where i got mine, a karcher 3k psi model).

rent a high quality unit. Even using pump conditioner and other maintenance....I seem to keep blowing up pumps. Let it be someone else's headache...

You guys are right. I have two quotes now for highly recommended companies who will do the deed and it makes sense to rent once a yr.

if you're only using one or twice a year for a few hours at a clip, yes totally worth it to rent instead.
