I let about 15 anise plants grow behind my house this year primarily to watch parasitiod wasps lay their eggs into aphids that were feeding on the plants. Anyway, now I harvested a ton of anise seed. What should I do with them?

Slightly more seriously: I'd make cookies. Biscotti, borrachio cookies, anise rings... Many cultures have their own twist on the idea and it's probably the best way to get though a bunch quickly.
My mother in law makes a mean slow cooked belly pork with star anise. A quick Google search reveals that it's a pretty common recipe. Give that a shot but with anise seed?
