Who can tell me what I have here? This lovely writing instrument was a gift to me some 20 years ago, maybe 15. I use it occasionally and, as you can see, have all the materials that were part of the presentation. I tried to take a single image that would show the most. The box/case has a few stains on it, otherwise all is in very good order. Thanks in advance according to my opinion.

It's a fountain pen.

Nope. Looks nothing like any Miyas I've seen.

There should be two numbers stamped on the bottom of the pen. These should give you exact model.

No numbers at all. The nib has what looks like an 8 or B on it. The cap threads on to the end when writing (as opposed to a slip-fit). And the presentation case (roughly 5" X 7") has a book that fit's neatly into a countersunk port. It's a hard cover, with the words The Privilege of a Lifetime appearing as the title.

That's it. Mine has all the paperwork, cloth, surreal felt pen condom (or whatever it is), the book, and the case.
It's a beautiful object.
