If anyone can PM me a reliable, responsive contact at Shimano I'd appreciate it. I've been trying for TWO YEARS to get an updated tech manual and have come dangerously close to finally getting it this week only to have the rep bail on me three times. I've lost my patience yet am seemingly powerless to get anyone to follow through.
