Lots to do, and little time to take photos:
MAX chainstays brazed in, for those of you with experience of these lugs, you will know what i pain in the arse this can be
Piece designed to be brazed under the fork crown for easy installation of fenders with an M5 bolt
And a cautionary photo: always use lube...

here are two things, which are a bit older (spring or early summer) but never published.
An Al CAAD 4 with a cracked CS. I normally don't do this sort of thing but this was a special favor for someone, who knows the risks.
The bonded joint of this Y-Foil got a bit soft so I completely rebuilt / overbuilt the area:
Practice frame #2 is complete. Came out pretty straight. The HT is within 0.1 mm of the ST over 430mm (length of HT checker bar). The rear wheel is centered and within 0.2 mm of the ST over its diameter. Time to cut it up and move on to #3.
New alignment check. Full size tables are sweet!
No BB brazing issues. Liquidy flux is a good thing.
Sunrise from the shop.
Bending the rules today. Didn't post last week while building a former customer an African safari rifle. Selling my son's frameset (who has out grown it) 46.5cm ,includes the 26" wheels. Columbus tubing, Freshframe paint, please PM me for details. $1000 with 10% going back to V.S. rifle-before.JPGrifle-375.JPGrifle-mb and cart.JPGrifle-complete.JPG
Odd week:
