Default Can we talk about custom western boots for a moment?

My dear sainted mama wants some cowboy boots. The problem is that her feet are really oddly shaped (11 AAAA and no, the A key didn't get stuck. My daddy says she's the only person in the world who could play piano with her toes or palm a basketball with her feet) and stock boots just don't exist in that size. I think she's ready to pull the trigger on some full-custom boots, and I've been tasked with helping her find a maker.

Anybody out there I need to point her toward? Should I just call M.L. Leddy and save myself the headache? Anything else she or I need to know about this process?

    TIA,
    A dutiful son

    M. L. Leddy is in my home town. They also have a location in the Cowtown area in Fort Worth. We also have 3-4 other custom boot makers here in town. No relevant experience to add, just surprised to see their name pop up.
