I'll start.
This is going to be for a chef's get together happening in a month. Lemoncello done like my Italian Nonna would have done it if I was Italian or had a Nonna.
*Recipe makes about 2 1/2 liters of Lemoncello
1. 9 clean Lemons
2. Peel the lemons without any pith and into a jar they go.
3. Cover with 1 liter of everclear and let sit for a month.
After a month....
4. Boil 1.5 litres of water , mix in 700 grams of sugar.
5. Cool sugar water than strain and add alcohol mixture which should be bright yellow.
6. Use some of the cooled sugar water to rinse the lemon peels to extract all the goodness :)
7. Go nuts

I'll serve this after a big meal in small glasses. It is not for everyone.
