Default Boston Chocolate - OH YEAH!

    Hey-o,

My friend Shari from grad school and her husband have been building a honey-sweetened chocolate empire in Boston. This is some of the best chocolate I've ever had.

If you're looking for a fix, try them.

Missed that. I did chocolate with pepper. Ask them to add *PayPal and I'll do it. *My last bastion of stash money when buying presents for Queen.

Boston is going to be known for quality small frame builders and quality small chocolate builders. Why'd I leave?

I was trying not to mention that. Arrg. Gary Smith turned me onto that. It is so good that is the gift I handed to the proprietor of the Hotel we used for our last S.France Camp. Yeah...carrying chocolate from the USA to France...I had to do it.

I've bought some from the Embro site in the past. I would drop a wedge in my double espresso each morning. Mmmmmm.

Whoa, very good to know about these guys. Those Mexican disks at Taza caught my eye -- here's a tip: grate a couple a tablespoons of that into your next batch of red chili, with a tsp of cinnamon. Oh yeah!

I picked some of this up a while ago - Cherry & Almond, Classic Dark and Cashew/Sea Salt are all stellar. It does better when the weather is warmer, comes out slightly gritty if it's too cold. I love the honey notes and the lack of dairy. I'll definitely be picking more up, soon.

There is only one type of marshmallow treat in New England.
