I have a little debate with a Lebanese friend...
Do you wear a basic white tee under your business attire?
Beginning to think this is a cultural thang.
Chasea please enlighten me.

Somewhat surprised by the answer. One of my pet peeves is a dress shirt where you can see chest hair pressed between skin and shirt.
Sorry for the double post. Please delete.
yes, i always wear a basic white, black, or grey tee.
I prefer to have my dress shirts laundered. And I'm not a fan of undershirts. If I'm going to sweat, I prefer a light grey shirt rather than basic white. Under white dress shirts, light grey shows through less.

My British wife put the kibosh on undershirts early on. As my dress shirts have gotten slimmer this makes sense anyway. A little chest hair never hurt anyone.
My opinion might change if I was a heavy perspirer buti think the second layer sometimes promotes as much extra sweat as it absorbs.
