Lately at night I've been waking up a bit more often than I'd like to pee, even though I try to do the easy stuff, like not drink anything an hour or two before bed, so I'm thinking of trying some of OTC supplements that folks say may help.
Based on what I've found at this link (and I do take all of this info with a pinch of salt):

it sounds like pygeum and beta-sitosterol supplements are the ones most likely to help out. (before reading that I'd been focusing on saw palmetto, but it sounds like that's no better than a placebo)
Anyone out there care to provide any additional thoughts?
