Thank you for posting this. I'm a strong introvert that has developed the capability to adapt at work and often come off as extroverted. My team has a number of introverts on it as well. Being aware of the differences in personality type go a long way towards giving people space to be themselves and still succeed in a corporate setting where the alpha/extrovert personality is traditionally regarded more highly. I'll be passing this along.
