identify the drop out

Hi all,
im wondering if these drop outs are available on the market, i figured there wouldn't be a better please to ask then here.i asume ritte might have these made for them but them i saw a smaller scale builder using what looks to be ver similar d.o.
anyone any leads to these or very similar dropous ?thanks, mick
